Our Vision
REACHING UP means worshipping and growing closer to God.
When we worship God, we express our love to Him. When we grow closer, we express our love for Him. The only way we can express true love to God and worship Him is through a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
REACHING IN means being part of a family. In a world where you are beaten down daily, people need refuge where they can feel safe as they heal there wounds. They also need a place where they can find friends to build them up and keep them accountable. We are a church full of imperfect people that God is perfecting one day at a time together.
REACHING OUT has two parts. First, we reach out to those who do not have a local church. We encourage people to invite their friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to attend B.I.B.C. so that they will hear and understand what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ. Second, we reach out individually with the truth of what God has done for us personally and bring people to a relationship with God.
OUR PURPOSE is to REACH UP, REACH IN and REACH OUT as a church and as individual believers. Here at B.I.B.C. we believe that as you REACH UP to God in worship and growth, you naturally will REACH IN as a family and meet each other’s needs. Then, when you have learned to REACH UP and REACH IN you will want to REACH OUT and share this great thing you have found with everyone you meet.
